    • He studies how diets in low-income countries compare with healthy and sustainable dietary guides
  • Registered Nutritionist with the Allied Health Professions Council of Ghana and a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition, UK
  • Completed his PhD at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM)
  • His recent works are on the Lancet Countdown collaboration where he is leading efforts to establish an African Regional Centre on Climate Change and Health
    • In this role, Zakari coordinates a multidisciplinary team of African scientists and researchers who track over 40 indicators on the different ways that climate change affects health in Africa
