This program presented on August 10, 2017 provides recommendations to improve healthcare operations and practices to reduce disease-related malnutrition and improve outcomes.  Examples include: tools to map and report events that contribute to malnutrition, approaches for surgical patients, ideas to improve discharge plans, and assessing lean tissue imaging and hand grip strength.
