Early Enteral Nutrition: Beneficial or Detrimental?

Presented on April 30, 2014.  This presentation identifies the importance of enteral nutrition in the overalltreatment of critical illness. Patientpopulations who benefit from full feeding versus those who may benefit fromtrophic feeding or permissive underfeeding are identified based on availableevidence along with appropriate strategies for optimal nutrient delivery.
