This program presented on March 13, 2019 addresses how to develop a plan and timeline for updating current protocols for liquid and food texture modifications following the International Dysphagia Diet standardization (IDDSI) framework.  Learn key steps from Dr. Riquelme’s experience as a speech language pathologist in a large acute care hospital; as well as, his approach for a successful IDDSI implementation plan that included strong collaboration with multiple departments throughout the process.
