Dysphagia is a factor that may affect the eating habits of our patients, and may be a hindrance to them receiving proper nutrition. Hence, it is important to identify signs of dysphagia as the first step to help improve symptoms. The EAT-10 is a quick and easy screening method, validated to identify individuals at risk for dysphagia.

The EAT-10 form is protected by copyright laws and EAT-10 is also a registered trademark of Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. The EAT-10 form must be downloaded in its original form. You are not entitled to modify at all the external appearance of the form nor the order of the questions. In addition, all references and logos may not be altered in any way nor removed.
