Caroline Childs

- Registered nutritionist and an associate fellow of the Higher Education Academy
- Earned her PhD with her thesis: The effect of gender, pregnancy and diet upon tissue fatty acid composition and immune function from the Institute of Human Nutrition, University of Southampton
