Nestlé International Nutrition Symposium (NINS) 2012

The Nestlé Research Center organized a fascinating workshop exploring the interaction of nutrition epigenetics. Diet may have a lasting, life-long impact on the health of an organism, and the science of epigenetics provides mechanisms to explain these long-term effects and targets for intervention.
